Welcome to Move Authentically Physiotherapy!

We’re so glad you’re here!

Whether this is your first time booking or you’ve worked with us before, welcome, we look forward to seeing you. Our goal is to create a compassionate, supportive space where you feel heard, cared for, and empowered in your recovery.

Before you book:

  • New to our clinic? Please select an Initial Assessment with either of our Physiotherapists. This ensures we have the time to understand your story, movement goals, and how we can best help.

  • Not sure which appointment to choose? We’re happy to guide you. Call us at (613) 305-9844 or email christine@moveauthentically.ca.

  • Every session includes time for assessment, treatment, and a conversation about your care plan — so you always know what we’re working toward.

  • Appointments are available both in-person and virtually for your convenience.

If you’re looking for personalized, one-on-one physiotherapy care that helps you move and feel your best, you’re in the right place.

We can’t wait to meet you.

Let’s get you Moving Authentically!

Physiotherapy

Experience inclusive, one-on-one physiotherapy tailored to your unique needs. While we treat many different conditions, we focus on manual therapy (hands-on work), breathing, and pelvic floor health to optimize movement and overall well-being.

Christine Campbell is an experienced physiotherapist, having graduated from Queen’s University in 2011. She provides quality one-on-one, hands-on care that her clients appreciate and benefit from greatly. Her focus is on improving overall function by addressing underlying movement problems.

“I love my work as a physiotherapist and believe in working as a team with my clients to achieve their goals. I love piecing together the puzzle and discovering the individual’s underlying movement dysfunction. Building a plan and striving to achieve it with the client is very rewarding. I am grateful for the opportunity to meet a variety of people through my work and enjoy connecting with each of them.”
